Being a Trainee at FCA

For career entrants, FCA offers specialized trainee programs in all areas of the company.
The goal of the 12-month program is to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the respective area (e.g. Marketing), to deepen specialist knowledge and be prepared for possible managerial tasks. The specifics of the trainee program are determined on an individual basis. International assignments are possible.

Trainees at FCA work independently on projects from the start. They are responsible for shaping their own area of work and making decisions. Feedback discussions with the mentor are a key component of the trainee program.

What do we expect from our trainees?

We expect all our employees – from interns to the director – to show passion for our products and a lot of initiative. We expect our trainees to work independently and decisively from the start.

And of course, we require specialized knowledge in the desired internship area as well as knowledge of current PC software. Knowledge of Italian is desirable. We look forward to your application!
