Career and free time
FCA demands top performance from its employees on a daily basis. This is only possible if work and private life are in harmony. A healthy work–life balance is embedded in our corporate culture. Flextime records make it possible to have additional free time following an intensive period of project work. Working together with the employee organization, we train our managers, to raise their awareness of work–life balance.
Career and family
FCA pays particular attention to compatibility between career and family. For example, we support young mothers returning to work after maternity leave. As well as flexible working hours, we offer a return to work bonus, which can be used to cover part of the costs of childcare.
